5 Quick Workout Tips


  1. Keep a stop watch on you to keep track and not lose focus during your work hour.
  2. Keep your amino handy so you may never miss out on your protein intake for the day.
  3. Stay intense during your sets by using a focal point to keep you focused on your objective. For example, when squatting, I like to use a sticky note that says “LOOK HERE” which is placed at eye level or above – raise the note to your level of comfort just put it on the ceiling!
  4. Close your eyes during a set and visualize the muscle contracting.  For example, when performing a chest press squeeze, feel and see your muscles in your chest contracting in rep that you perform.
  5. Play your favorite workout music that will pomp you up like nothing else!  I enjoy progressive tunes that build up from slow to fast, therefore, psyched me up for the next set!
