Fadi's Scrabbled Egg Whites with Veggies

8 Egg Whites beaten with Arabic All Spice and parsley 
1/2 of left over grill squash, zucchini, tomato, and mushrooms 
1 ray organic yolk

Cooking Tips:
1. Use butter spray for pan
2. Mix egg whites and veggie 
3. Cook mix at mid-high
4. Add organic raw yolk evenly on meal
5. sprinkle pepper to taste

Yolk Tip:
Heat destroys enzymes, reduces the amounts of certain nutrients, and may make the amino acid cysteine less available, which is needed to synthesize the master antioxidant of the cell, glutathione.

Those who eat raw egg yolks report easier digestion, increased stamina, and resistance to illness — Personally... I just like to moisten my egg whites and enjoy the taste :-)
